Schwarz-Etienne is one of them … well, maybe not after this video, where we discover the latest publications of the brand, the Geometry Black and its fascinating dial layout or the Petite Seconde from 1902, which is the new direction that takes black-etienne. We recently spoke to Florian Brossard, the newly appointed managing director of Schwarz Etienne, who shared his vision for the future of this famous watchmaker. In fact, Schwarz-Etienne was founded in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 1902 and is one of these independent watchmaking brands that often fly under the radar and still have an incredible potential. Brossard himself described the brand when he discovered it for the first time as “a gross diamond who was waiting to be discovered and appreciated”. In recent years we have given fascinating models such as the geometry series, including the black version in this video. And Florian Brossard would like to use this centuries -old mastery of watch art and include modern evolution and reveal the true skills of the brand.
