Hermès has a feel for fascinating case shapes with a dash of poetic license. The Cut Watch was launched in 2024 and designed by creative director Philippe Delhotal and is a stylish, versatile, unisex, sporty collection with a refined design and internal movement. The new Hermès added a touch of color and cut a sky blue dial.

As with so many Hermès watches, the compact 36 -mm -MM -EDEL steel housing with a height of 10 mm is more complex than the eye. While it may look like a round watch, the name of the collection refers to the design function that observes this personality. The flanks of the housing interrupt the circular river and have two cuts, two flat areas that have a pillow -shaped housing. In order to emphasize this feature, the cuts are mirrored and contrasted in contrast to the circular housing.

Another design decision to obtain the silhouette of the case is the position of the crown at 1:30 a.m. The bezel without diamonds is available in the bezel with 56 brilliant diamonds and is completed with a circular brush and a polished shame. Equipped with glassy sapphire crystals at the front and back, the housing is water -resistant at 100 meters.

The subtle light blue color of the dial houses the used luminescent Arabic digits, which were specially developed for this watch by Philippe Delhotal. The numbers 0, 6, 8 and 9 play, for example, the rounded contours of the case. The crown is a legendary Hermès color and has an orange painted “H” and the orange circle in the seconds, which die directly on the dark blue markings of the centrally positioned silver and snail track. The handhand lesson and the partially open minutes have a touch of luminescence material.

The clock is powered by Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier by the H1912 caliber. The caliber is an automatic movement with a frequency of 28,800 VPH and delivers a 50 -hour power reserve. The main plate is decorated with circular grain and sailing, while the bridges and the rotor have a scattering of “H” motifs.

The movement, as can be seen on a version with another strap

The watch is combined with a foggy blue structured rubber belt. Equipped with a patented release mechanism, it can be purchased with a metal connection bracelet. The Hermès cut receives for retail for retail EUR 5,400 EUR Without diamonds and 10,500 EUR With Diamond bezel (both prices including EU tax). Further information at Hermes.com.
